HireHive allows you to automate EEOC and OFCCP reporting.

EEOC reporting can be switched on in your ‘Settings’.
Once enabled, voluntary questions will be added to the candidate application form. The answers that candidates give will be recorded in HireHive but will not be visible on the candidate’s profile so ensures there is no bias during the application review process.
In ‘Reports’ the answers given will be available in a table and you will have the option to download all answers. You will also be able to select the information relating to a specific job or export information for all jobs.
